  • Can I pay for my vehicle on the day using a debit or credit card?

Our drivers are happy to accept cash from you on the day. Payments by card must be made through PayPal.

  • How much notice of my booking do you need before I want to travel?

You can book on-line anytime up to 24 hours before you need to travel. After 24 hours please ring our booking line so that one of our agents can take your booking.

  • Can I stipulate the kind of vehicle I want to book?

Yes you can. We offer a choice of comfortable cars, MPVs and Minibuses all from top manufacturers. If it is a minibus you require then please give us as much notice as you can so that we can ensure we have a suitable vehicle available for you.

  • What if I have special requirements can I speak to you?

Of course. Whilst our on-line booking service and quote generator allow our customers to book quickly book a vehicle, you can speak to us about any aspect of your journey at anytime.

  • Do you charge per passenger or per vehicle?

The charge we make is for the vehicle; we do not charge per passenger.

  • Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?

Providing you give us your flight number when you book you will not be charged extra if your flight is late. This is because your flight number enables us to monitor your arrival time so we can have a vehicle ready and waiting for you when your plane lands. This saves us time and you money.

  • In the past, I have failed to link-up with taxis booked to collect me. How can I be sure I can find the vehicle you send?

Be assured, our drivers will use the contact details you have provided to get in touch when you arrive and arrange a mutually convenient location to meet.

  • What do you do to ensure my safety and the safety of my party when I am travelling with you?

Our vehicles are maintained in tip-top condition and all our drivers have a wealth of experience and great customer service skills. Moreover, they have undergone a CRB check and have been vetted to ensure they hold all the necessary licenses.
